- Promote Academic and Social-Emotional Learning
- Provide Tier 1 instruction
- Provide Tier 2 instruction, interventions, and counseling for K-5
- Support on-demand, initial intake, and counseling needs
- Support student and family case management
- Help students realize their potential and make progress
- 504 Case Manager
- Maintain and enhance collaboration with team members and department members, including participation in relevant committees
- Lead building-level and community organization opportunities to enhance social-emotional student learning
- Utilize technology to maximize instruction and learning
- Support students in crises and provide appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
- Conduct assessments and develop action plans for students who require additional support and guidance
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions
- Support building-level scheduling process as well as individual student schedules
