The East Rochester Girls' Basketball program is currently seeking a dynamic and transformational leader to serve as its next Junior Varsity Basketball Coach.

In addition to coaching the JV team, responsibilities include:

• Strong leadership skills, a positive, education-based approach, and a deep understanding of the game are valued.
• Candidates must have a strong understanding of fitness and training regimens appropriate for high school athletes.
• Candidates should be energetic and motivated and willing to commit the required time to building the program, recruiting and training assistant coaches, and contributing to the overall learning community.
• Previous coaching experience is preferred.
