Job Description

 The East Rochester School District has an anticipated Youth Assistant vacancy. 

Typical responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction for students and visitors, including but not limited to inside and outside the building before, during, and after school hours.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Monitor school buildings and grounds.
• Effectively communicate and maintain good relationships with students and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma required.

Experience involving the supervision or instruction of students is preferred. 

MUST have a NYS Security Guard license or the ability to obtain it immediately upon request.
