The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the East Rochester School District's athletic program and secondary school office operations. This role involves various tasks including word processing, data entry, scheduling, and proficient use of software systems such as Rschool, Schooltool, and Arbiter. The administrative assistant will manage communication with stakeholders, coordinate with various vendors and service providers, and support logistical aspects of the athletics department and secondary office.
